Silverfish Omelette

Ingredients:

  • 100g Thawed Frozen Silverfish
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • Green Onions
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying

Method:

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients together.
  2. Heat frying pan with oil.  When hot, Pour the beaten mixture in pan. Cook for 1-2 mins or until the base has set.  Gently lift the omelette and flip it over.  Allow it to cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. Remove from pan.  Enjoy
