- 100g Thawed Frozen Silverfish
- 3 eggs, beaten
- Green Onions
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil for frying
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients together.
- Heat frying pan with oil. When hot, Pour the beaten mixture in pan. Cook for 1-2 mins or until the base has set. Gently lift the omelette and flip it over. Allow it to cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from pan. Enjoy
