- 16 oz glutinous rice flour
- 2 cup white sugar
- 2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoon matcha powder
- Preheat oven to 350°. Oil down the muffin pan well.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Stir mixture until smooth (about 2 minutes by hand).
- Pour the batter into each cup of the pan until each well is about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes. The cupcakes are ready when the edges turn a slight golden brown.
